高铝304奥氏体不锈钢温轧态的性能研究
304stainlesssteelswithdifferentAlcontentwerewarm-rolledandsubsequentlysolution-treated.Themicrostructure,phaseconstituentandcompositionofthealloyswerecharacterizedbymeansofOM,XRDandEPMA.Theresultsshowthatblackferritephasewithshapesasstrips,shortrodandsomegranular-likedistributethroughoutthewhiteaustenitematrix;ThemajorityofAldissolvesinthematrix,whilethereexistprecipitatesofAlNandotherblack-phases.Thehardnessandcorrosionresistanceofthesteelsincreasegraduallywiththeincreasingrollingtemperature,andtheirbreakelongationreachesabout47%.Thedeformationcapacityofthesteelsisgreatlyimprovedandthetensilestrengthofthesteelwith1%(massfraction)Alachievesto766MPa.Thefracturesurfacesexhibitlargeandsmalldimpleswithsizeof515mand≤5m,respectively.Thefracturemodelsaresimilarandbelongtoductilefracture.Bythesamerollingtemperaturethesteelwith1.5%Alhasbettercorrosionresistanceperformance.
